Return and Refund Policy

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Inspection Process: All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- Items show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Items are returned without original tags or packaging
- Items do not match the original order
- The return period has expired
Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized merchandise (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale
Fraudulent Activity: We take fraud and abuse seriously. All refund requests are reviewed for authenticity and compliance with our policies. In cases of suspected fraudulent returns, chargeback abuse, or repeated illegitimate refund requests:
- We reserve the right to deny the refund
- We may refuse future orders from the customer
- We reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies to protect our business
