Fraudulent Activity: We take fraud seriously. In cases of suspected fraudulent returns or chargeback abuse, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and may pursue appropriate legal remedies.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
